What can I say, I Love This CD. I own several other of Sam Rizetta's Cds which I also love. As a hammer dulcimer builder, Sam handcrafts some of the worlds most beautiful hammer dulcimers. The music he performs on this cd truly rivals the physical beauty of the instruments he plays here. In the U.S. we are blessed with many wonderful HD players AND many wonderful HD builders; but there are only a handful that master both exceptionally well. Sam is unique because he is among that handful. I had this cd for years, and eventually lost it to a girlfriend who kept it after we became ex's. I was really happy to find another copy while browsing on Amazon... missed the cd far more than the girlfriend! I own approximately 30 hammer dulcimer cd's and cassettes, Seven Valleys is among my top three favorites.
