Okay so shame on me. . . But um I came here because Netflix only had season one and a couple of episodes of the second season. I wanted to pick up where the show left off and so I dug a little and found season one ended on book 13.So I'm in love with the show, Meliodas gets on my nerves a little with how perverted he is and how poor Elizabeth's so sweet and naive. Thank goodness Hawk's around to bang Meliodas over the head.Okay so I think I may' end missed some things the books had that the anime didn't. *Cough, cough, of course the books have more, cough, cough*Hendrickson has played his cards hard taking down almost all of the Holy Knights. Causing the new generation to go savage turning into demonic beasts that only wish to kill. Taking down the seven sins and trying to overturn the kingdom.Then he took out HAWK!Everyone's shaken to their cores when Hawk's taken down. Elizabeth more than anyone as she stands up against Hendrickson. Through this entire series we're just thinking she's a ditsy princess that loves everyone. Meliodas is just keeping her around for obvious reasons.Then BOOM! Elizabeth's true power is brought to life! She's the Druid Princess! Not a spoiler because you'll read about it in the first chapter of the book.Elizabeth's healing powers restores Meliodas and the gang as they take the final stand against Hendrickson.After the battle has ended it's time to restore order amongst the kingdom. The King, Bartra, returns in mint condition as Merlin decides to rejoin the seven sins. But Meliodas knows she's got other motives for returning.Things calm down after the big, climatic battle. I want to mention other things, but I don't wish to have spoilers.Some things have been answered and concluded within the chapters of this volume, but there spring new questions. The book does end with a cliffhanger, a WHOA I DIDN"T SEE THAT COMING, type of cliffhanger. I'm excited for the next book! I really loved watching the Anime, but of course the books are better.One thing you'll enjoy is the little extras, the ones featuring poor bookworm to the max, Gowther.If you've watched the anime or have come this far in reading the books then you know there's language. Meliodas is a hands on guy with Elizabeth so expect some sexual things. No sex scenes or anything, but his hands grabbing things. . . Cleavage to the max and Merlin's costume is well. . .she's not afraid to flaunt it.But I'm loving this series even though some things could be left out, then again it adds to the charm. Now on to the next book!After 13 long volumes, the series' first arc comes to a fitting conclusion. Having already seen season 1 of the anime, my favorite part of the book is the 2nd half where we go into new material as another story begins. Thankfully the new stuff focuses on my favorite character, Ban.I won't spoil the story, but there's an interesting turn of events at the end of the volume, setting up the next one. Oh, and did I mention new costumes for the gang? Epic volume and turning point in the series!Conheci Nanatsu no Taizai pelo anime, mas posso afirmar que passei a amá-lo depois de ler os mangás! Simplesmente perfeito <3 A única coisa que fiquei realmente decepcionada foi a qualidade da capa e do papel... deixou MUITO a desejar. Quando comprei este volume, acabei comprando também alguns outros colecionáveis da JBC, como Kekkai Sensen e Boku no Hero Academia, e alguns da Panini, como Noragami e Ajin, e o resultado foi o mesmo: JBC acabou com a qualidade dos meus mangás favoritos :( enquanto a Panini ARRASOU em Ajin e Noragami!Além disso, o produto veio sujo e riscado dentro da embalagem lacrada! Sie sind liebevoll gezeichnet und die Geschichte wird durch Witz, Romantik, Tragödie und Fantasy bestimmt. Für mich war und ist es immer eine Kaufempfehlung wert :)Estou completamente decepcionado com a Amazon, paguei pelos produtos novos, e muitos deles vieram com riscos e bordas machucadas, pedi para trocar , e alguns voltaram da mesma forma ! De certo esses são volumes que foram abertos nas bancas , devolvidos e eles embalaram denovo como novos ! Completamente insatisfeito !Por fin llegan la continuación de la nueva trama de esta genial serie de Manga. Nada que añadir a esta serie. Si te gusta te encantará, si no te gusta puede que te pique. Si no la conoces ¡busca el primer número ya!
