Here Jon doesn’t play all the instruments this time around instead relying on a song cycle supported by a group of stellar players from bands such as Brand X and Pilot/Alan Parsons Project.The remaster sounds terrific and Esoteric has done a fine job adding a pair of single mixes as bonus tracks. I would have liked a remix along with a Blu-ray lossless version of the album like we got with his first solo album but it wasn’t to be.
