These are definitely narrow in the toes. I bought my normal size 5 and knew they were snug when I put them on, but I also know leather stretches so I thought it'd be fine. I wore them out, took them off during dinner, put them back on to walk out of the restaurant and grab a cab to the symphony. I did not wear them during the concert once we found our seats. I probably only wore them about two or three hours for the night and I was limping on the walk home. They did not rub any sort of blister, my foot was very snug and secure in the shoe, but it was definitely too tight in the toe box. I think I'll see if I can have them stretched because they really are a nice-looking shoe and I'd hate to see them just sit in the back of my closet unworn.The other Lockport heels I purchased are AMAZING but, unfortunately, these run too large, slip off the heels, and don't fit correctly. This is not a pair of shoes I'd purchase online. They have a great amount of cushion but because the cushion takes up a lot of space in the shoe it pushes the toes up and makes them snug and uncomfortable. This technology is great for an open toe, a different design, or perhaps someone with a lower arch. It's unfortunate because it's a beautiful shoe and I really wanted this to work.I loved the comfort and design of this shoe. They're really really comfy and I'm on my feet all day. Unfortunately while I was at work today, the heel on the left shoe snapped off from the body. Really disappointed, since these are my go-to conservative shoes.I've ordered from Rockport before, but never tried the Seven to 7 style and maybe it's just with this style.Ladies beware and carry an extra pair of flats!Wonderful shoes!!! I never wear heels, and I ordered this to go to a party. They are higher than I thought and wore them before the party for little while. I was pleasantly surprised that I was comfortable in them for much much longer than I usually am with high heels during the party. I felt confident walking since I never slipped once with this sole, and it was in a smooth floor. Great, great shoes, can't praise them enough, and soooo pretty too!!! Oh, just one thing they are a little small. I usually wear 7-1/2 and because of reviews I ordered size 8 thinking they might be a bit loose, but turned out to be perfect fit, so do take that in consideration.Bought these in size 9 and size 8.5. I have boots in 8.5 that fit but reviews said these ran a little narrow. I would say I was really inbetween the two sizes and I went with the 8.5 because the 9 would occasionally slip off my heel. But for the first time wearing these they started to become uncomfortable about 4 hours in. I haven't worn them again but it might have just been an initial breaking in.This is a nice quality shoe but the toe area does not have enough room and were tight. They also flop off when you walk. I usually have this problem with platform pumps. If I order a half size up they would be extremely too big. The shoe is not made for me, it's just not enough room in the toe area.I love Rockport boots and expected these pumps to fit the same way. When I purchase boots 8.5 fits perfect even though I am wide width. To be on the safe side, I ordered these pumps 8.5W and they are still very narrow. Missed returning them, so am taking them to shoe repair to see if they can be stretched out.I'm a 7.5 in every shoe but these are just a little big. Not enough to go down half a size so I kept them. They are really comfortable but every once in a while, because they are a little loose, my foot will come out of them.
