First, this skirt is extremely short... It only covers half of my extremely tiny hiney. I'm 5'6, and am a 14/16 pants size. I didn't think it would drape to my knees, but I did think it would at least cover my derriere. I bought this as part of an 80's Dance Party costume, so maybe my husband will enjoy it after I remove the extra tulle and lace I added to it to give just a teeny bit more length. The waist size is more than generous, I'm sure I'll continue to strut my stuff in it long after I gain all the weight back I recently lost. It seems to be well made and of good quality. Overall, it's quite a cute little skirt/belt thing.
